Hudson and The Reference launch brand new website as a first milestone in their digital partnership
Anyone who has recently passed by the Hudson headquarters in Ghent, may have noticed a new logo decorating the office building. It’s one of the many outcomes of the recent partnership between Hudson and The Reference. Another major change is the brand-new website for the full-service HR partner.
After the management buy-out from the US-based Hudson Global Group, Hudson Benelux was looking to install a new brand identity and reinforce its image of a trustworthy and integrated HR partner within the Benelux region. Therefore, the company, with headquarters in Ghent, needed a full rebranding, accompanied with a new website. Hudson Benelux chose The Reference, a full-service digital agency, as their partner for this transformation journey.
Together, Hudson and The Reference defined the new brand identity and built a new digital strategy from the ground up. Extensive on- and offline research, including several in-depth interviews with Hudson customers and intense workshops with the members of the leadership team led to a renewed positioning, branding and digital strategy. The creative team at The Reference designed a new logo and visual language, which was implemented across all off- and online touchpoints, and translated all this into an official style guide.
The new strategic direction and brand identity come together perfectly on the new corporate website, which was built in Umbraco by The Reference. By offering customer-oriented content regarding their full-service offering throughout the entire HR lifecycle, Hudson establishes itself not only as a preferred integrated HR partner, but also as an HR thought leader and leading HR R&D partner. Through its intuitive information architecture and stylized branding, the site delivers an optimal experience to all of Hudson’s clients, candidates and partners.
Mathieu Dhondt, strategy consultant at The Reference: “Already during our first conversations with the Hudson marketing and leadership teams, we understood that we were going to be part of a very important phase in the life of this iconic HR company. The intense and open collaboration with Hudson and its customers, allowed us to discover the core DNA of the organization and fully integrate these values in a future-proof yet adaptive digital strategy and brand identity. Things are just getting started now.”
You can visit the new Hudson website now and discover the new branding and web experience for yourself.
